Delete Your Account

App: AI Click Empire

You can request the deletion of your AI Click Empire account and all associated data at any time. Guest players have no account, cloud save or leaderboard entry, but pseudonymous analytics, advertising, purchase and support-report data may still exist; email us with details (for example your device identifier or report date) and we will help with what can be located.

Note: Deleting your account will permanently remove your cloud save, leaderboard entry, and display name from our servers. This action cannot be undone. Local game progress stored on your device is not affected — clear app data from your device settings to remove that too.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to alexnovakgames9@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account.
Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request – AI Click Empire
Include your in-game display name (if known) so we can locate your record faster.
We will confirm deletion within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

Your Clerk account (email address and authentication data)
Your cloud save (full game progress stored on our servers)
Your leaderboard entry (display name and high score)

What Is Not Deleted

Your Google Play subscription is not cancelled. Cancel it separately in Google Play subscriptions settings.
Purchase records held by Google Play and RevenueCat, which use an anonymous purchase identity and are retained under their own policies.
Data held by Google AdMob under Google's policies.
Local game save data stored on your device — remove this by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in your device settings.
Anonymised, aggregated analytics data that cannot be tied back to you.
