01Agreement
These terms apply to your use of the AI Click Empire game and related services. By playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. The game is being prepared for closed testing, so features, balance and availability may change.
02Virtual items and clout
Clout, workers, upgrades, prestige bonuses and other in-game items are virtual content licensed to you for use in the game. They have no real-money value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be sold or transferred outside the game. We may adjust game balance, values and items, and progress may be reset where needed to fix errors or address abuse.
03Accounts and fair play
You can play as a guest. Optional sign-in lets you use cloud save and the leaderboard. Keep your account secure and use a display name that is not offensive, impersonating, or infringing.
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or modified clients, manipulate the leaderboard, interfere with our servers, or abuse ads or purchases. We may remove leaderboard entries, reset progress, or suspend access for violations.
04Subscriptions
- The optional subscription is sold and billed by Google Play under its terms.
- It renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time in your Google Play subscriptions settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Use the in-app restore option to restore an active purchase on a new install.
- Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies, except where the law requires otherwise.
- Deleting your game account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in Google Play separately.
05Ads and rewards
Free players may see ads. Rewarded ads grant in-game bonuses according to the game rules shown at the time. Ads are provided by third parties and may not always be available (for example, when there is no ad to fill), so rewards are not guaranteed. Rewards may be withheld for abuse.
06Content and intellectual property
The game, its code, art, text and design are owned by the developer or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or reverse engineer the game except as permitted by law.
When you send a support report, attachments or feedback, you give us permission to use that material only to investigate, troubleshoot and respond, and to improve the game. You confirm you have the right to share it.
07Availability and changes
We work to keep the game running, but it may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. We may update these terms; the date at the top will change, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
08Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by contract. To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided "as is".
09Privacy and deletion
